Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases, buylist sales and events at Golden Gate Games, online and in store. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to them, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing

We may cancel any order, including one listed at an incorrect price, one that exceeds a purchase limit, or one that appears to be placed by a bot or for resale. Canceled orders are refunded in full. Sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer, and we don't guarantee their contents.

Pre-orders

Release dates can change. If our distributor allocation is reduced, we fill pre-orders in the order received and refund anything we can't fill.

Buylist

Online buylist prices are estimates. Our final offer is made after we inspect the cards in person, and you may decline it. You must be 18 or older and the owner of the cards you sell.

Events

Entry fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the event. Events follow the official rules of the game publisher, and we may refuse entry to or remove anyone who is disruptive, cheats, or harasses other players or staff.

Liability

Products are provided as is, and we don't promise that any product will hold or increase in value. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by California law.
