Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items ship once they're released. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping methods and rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Options include:
- USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express
- UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air
Orders of $250 or more
Higher-value orders ship with a signature required on delivery, by USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Please make sure someone can sign for the package.
Packaging
Sealed product and accessories are packed with protective material to keep boxes, corners and seals intact in transit.
Pickup-only items
Single booster packs are available for in-store pickup only and can't be shipped.
Free local pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order at no charge from our shop at 1680 Post Street, Suite F, in San Francisco's Japantown. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
